Zip Code (RWJF)

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation created the Commission to Build a Healthier America to find out why people aren’t as healthy as they could be. We used the commission’s findings to create a graphic-based film about the social determinants of health as mapped through zip codes. As the voiceover explains, “A zip code is five numbers that should indicate where we live, not how long we live.”
